I’m pretty sure Pinterest was started by an evil person. Someone who wants to soak up all my time and force me to bake things I can’t resist eating. There are so many yummy recipes floating around Pinterest. Tonight I made homemade oatmeal cream pies, a recipe I pinned a few days ago.

As I was baking I tried to calculate the total amount of calories per pie, but that got difficult. I’m not good at math. So, if you’re trying to lose weight like I am you should just assume you can only eat one of these delicious treats. I wanted to eat about four.
