Candis Hecking, Graphic Designer

In 2002 I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Visual Communication Technology (VCT). Since graduation I have continued to grow my career in the creative industry. Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to design for a variety of industries including health care, manufacturing, financial, retail and consumer goods. My background consists of strong production skills with an intense passion and understanding of graphic design and social media.

I’m currently on the associate board of directors for the American Advertising Federation – Cleveland. Keeping up with trends, industry news and the local Cleveland market is very important to me. When I can I donate my time and skills to growing the awareness of events and opportunities in the Cleveland area.

In 2006 I started Paper Shop ink. as an additional way to use my creative ideas. Paper Shop ink. is an online stationery store with a blog that is updated daily. Both are focused on unique stationery designs and related paper items.
